These guys are very attentive, friendly and will even help with tangible advice concerning the electronics you want. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants peace of mind. Top notch!!!
Great experience! Friendly and efficient place I got the help I needed and the prices are unbeatable. I will be making future purchases and would recommend this store to others. Thank ya so much.
I saw their ads on Facebook for a S23 ultra, so I went to their store but they did not have the 512gb option that I wanted, but the worker said their online store has them... So I ordered a lavender S23 Ultra in excellent condition. The cost was $908 plus tax, so nearly $1,000 total. On their website it claimed that the item was in stock and would arrive to my house in 2 days.. I placed the order on Dec 14th. The next day, Dec 15th, I received an email from Wamatek saying that my order will be delayed because of backorder availability and that they will ship the phone within 4 business days with UPS expedited shipping.. ok I understand it was the holidays and all, but why would you say it's in stock if items are backordered? I told them that it was fine, that I will wait for what I ordered and to proceed.
A few days go by and I have yet to receive a tracking number for my order.. I emailed Wamatek support on Dec 21st asking for a tracking number and my estimated delivery day. The following day, Dec 22nd, I received an email saying that my order was cancelled and my credit card would be refunded. They mentioned that since I'm a local customer that they will hold a 256gb s23 ultra for me if I wanted to pick up the next day at noon.. I received this email at 6:30pm, they gave me less than a 16 hr notice on Christmas weekend... Yeah, that didn't happen.
I received my refund on Dec 23, thankfully, but a couple of days later my credit card was charged $3000 in fraudulent purchases. I've had this card for two years and I've NEVER had fraudulent purchases at all.. or on any of my cards for that matter.
The online site is a scam and I would never purchase from it or inside the store based off my experience. AVOID!!!
I would rate it zero if I could.
Unfortunately horrible customer service, ignoring emails, as well not answering phone calls. When I tried leaving a voicemail, it says the voicemail box hasn't been set up. Which is odd for a company.
And the Worst Part. I was online ordering a Samsung 22 Ultra, I got the Bronze Color, Excellent Condition, and a 512GB. When I got sent the confirmation I was told I bought a 128GB, even though in the description it says 512GB. So I was confused and asked them if I paid for a 512GB instead of a 128GB. They told me I bought a 128GB which is fine, I just didn't want to accidentally pay for a 512GB if I'm getting a 128GB. But I'm positive I clicked on my options for my phone correctly.
Then I received my phone and I GOT A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT PHONE. If they ran out of stock or if there was a problem and they just let me know I would've understood, but ignoring emails and calls and avoiding the problem is what made everything a terrible experience. I do not recommend buying a phone online from them.
I drove 30 minutes to get there, and I brought in with me 2 Iphones and 1 Ipad, all in great condition, I was looking to trade in so I could get a newer bigger phone. I was told the technician was not there so I could not trade in. The reason why I am giving this 1 star is because, you should not have a phone store that advertises "buy sell and trade" when you can't even trade anything in. They do not advertise that you cannot trade in on certain days. Waste of my time.
Very friendly customer service, I was given many options without any pressure or hassle, and to add to this greatness I was offered a free phone case and screen protector. I definitely recommended using this service!
Detailed, Honest, and Friendly Service. I needed an iphone and they carefully walked me through the options available for me to choose. Patiently and politely. I spent less $ and got a good phone with a healthy battery. Totally Recommend !!!
Just do not. The site lies about shipping time, drove an hour to get the phone in person. No charger, a month later there's major dust in the selfie camera. Super Noticeable. I keep it clean so where'd that come from? Also some other internal issue that caused a constant update loop, fixed it through trial and error disabling app updates & that for some reason worked, meaning the techs do not thoroughly check the tech. For this experience & quality, what they grade excellent should truly be just fair at best.
